Graphic card problems when migrated to Ubuntu.

My graphic card information according to Sysinfo is the following:

*VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Haswell-ULT Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)

*Subsystem: HP Company Device 2211

I recently migrated from Windows 8.1 to Ubuntu 15.10. I already installed all the drivers required from the terminal and from the Intel Graphic Installer tool; however, when I test my graphic card with a video-game, E.g. Minecraft, the screen immediately starts to rapidly flick while I move. This is not a problem that happened to me when I had Windows and it seems to he a graphic-card problem rather than performance itself because the game runs smoothly and when its settings are changed to 3D, the flickering problem disappears.

I would really appreciate any help from this community and if more information is required please let me know.

Thanks.
