I have an intel uhd 605 graphic card and intel silver pentium n5030 .Is there a way of completely changing my graphic driver to made hd or something else so i can change the 128 video memory.

No, you cannot do this. And, dedicated video memory (which is worthless) is controlled by your motherboard bios.
