Dear Intel Support Team,
I am experiencing severe graphical issues while playing Destiny 2 on my ASUS laptop with Intel Iris Xe Graphics. The issue involves flashing lights, abnormal lighting, and rendering glitches in various areas of the game. I have attached screenshots for reference.
My System Details:
- GPU: Intel Iris Xe Graphics
- Processor: Intel Core i5-1135G7
- Current Driver Version: 32.0.101.6458/32.0.101.6257
- Operating System: Windows 11
I have already tried some twerks in the Video Settings of the game with no solution, and seen it might be because of the Integrated GPU and there might be no fix to it.
It happens not only on the Europa planet but as in others, i would like to know if an older version of a driver would help, and if yes which one, or if a newer one that is not yet out could fix it.
Best Regards

Hello XeUser1234,
Thank you for reaching out to Intel Customer Support. To help me determine the root cause of the issue you are experiencing, could you please provide answers to the following questions:
- When did the graphics issue first occur?
- Have you recently made any changes to your system, such as installing new hardware or software updates?
- Are you experiencing the issue with specific applications or games, or does it occur system-wide?
- Have you updated your graphics drivers recently? If so, did the issue start after the update?
- Are there any error messages or codes displayed when the issue occurs? If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error message?
- Have you tried connecting your system to a different monitor or display to see if the issue persists?
- Could you please check Device Manager to see if there is a yellow bang or exclamation warning sign next to the graphics adapter? This will help me understand the corresponding meaning of the error message.
- Have you monitored the temperature of your graphics card to ensure it is not overheating?
- Have you tried performing a clean installation of the graphics drivers?
If possible, please share your full system information in detail by running Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*. This will help me check the conditions of various components, both software and hardware, such as drivers and build versions, for a comprehensive analysis.
Your responses to these questions will greatly assist me in diagnosing the issue and providing you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to resolving this issue for you.
Best regards,
Randy T.

Hello, Randy T. from Intel Customer Support Technician
1. As soon as i installed the game and went to Europa planet, the biggest graphical issue happens there always, but it does happen occasionaly on other planets.
2. No Changes.
3. There are some shader issues with Sky: Children of The Light, where i can't see anything because the clouds stop being transparent and are either full white or full black, besides that game there is no other issue.
4.I am going to upgrade it today because a new WHQL certified update just came out. After that i'll give another answer
5. No Error messages just those eye ruining lights comming from somewhere.
6. i don't have any other display, and i can't afford one.
7. No Error message.
8. No Overheating it doesn't even heat up playing Destiny 2, or i would feel it on my fingers.
9. Yes i Did.
It is a Asus F515 VivoBook there are no costum builds and i never opened the laptop either, all the drivers are updated, even the BIOS is updated.
But nevermind i already choose to ignore the visual defects and continue playing, after doing some changes it mostly only happens in the same area of Europa planet.

Hello,
Yes i get 20-35 FPS and it's actualy pretty playable at the lowest settings, there is no stuttering or anything, just some areas drop the fps to below 30 and it gets a bit slower but even the special effects don't drop it much
