Graphics Control Panel - No Options for 3D Settings.

i used ot have older version of Intel Graphics Control Panel which looked like this http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-030506.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-030506.htm

but now i got new software look like this http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/1169/intel_gpu_gui2.jpg http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/1169/intel_gpu_gui2.jpg

the new version has less 3d settings and i cant use some graphics based softwares because of this.

is this because i am not using official VAIO graphics driver (its old version) now i am using the new version, does it works as generic software.
