Please provide the following details so we can further isolate the issue and provide you with a solution:


  • When did the issue start, and was your system working fine before?
  • Does the issue only happen in a specific game or app? 
  • Have you made any changes to the system that might cause the issue?
  • Is it possible that you can share with us a video of the issue that we are having?
  • Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyse important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, errors logged in the system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article. How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.

It has been an issue for a few months now. I make digital art. When I try to transfer my files to my external flash drive, most of the files will transfer without any problems, but, probably around 10 to 15% of them will glitch (like the image above) for some weird reason. It has to be a graphics issue. I'm not a computer wizard. This laptop is fairly old and will need to be replaced soon, but, it would be nice to still be able to use this as long as possible.

I'm not able to update the graphics driver.

I understand that the issue that we have is important for you to get fix, and I would try my best to help you with that. However, I will need your SSU.txt file in order to review your system details and start my research on our issue, so I may be able to provide you with a solution.
