Graphics Issue

Greetings Intel community 👋,

Recently my computer crashed showing  a blue screen of death, with no error code, it went on to restart my machine and after my display went black.

I tried turning my system off and on and restarting it via recovery mode, i have had graphics issues before that resulted in a black screen so i knew this was a graphics issue.

I then went into safe mode and changed from intel hd graphics to Microsoft basic display adapter, but  that basic display adapter really isnt very good, my laptop now struggles to run video and most of my day i on zoom meetings and as a result of changing my adapter my video is extremely pixelated on zoom.

Now whenever i try to switch back to my intel hd graphics my screen goes black and i have to repeat the process of going back into safe mode and changing my driver,

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Wait nevermind idk what just happened i uninstalled the intel graphics driver then went to basic display adapter and the driver disconnected and connected my Igpu, so odd sorry for the hassle i will update if anythign happens after.
