Graphics Options are gone after update

Hey,

i updated my client pc with an automated driver update tool. 
After using that the Grapics Options are gone to change the screen orientation with hotkeys. 
Is there any way to get them back? The client is using the HD 530 and Win7 x64. 
Before the update was installed the functionality has existed to change the orientation with hotkeys.

I would appreciate it if someones here to help me with that problem.
