To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:
1) What is the current graphics driver installed?
2) What changes has been made prior to the issue (OS updates, drivers updates, settings changed, hardware add-ons, etc.)?
3) What troubleshooting steps have you attempted so far? For example, have you tested with a different monitor/display or adjusted/reseated cables?
4) Does the problem occur even when you're not using video-related applications or those that consume a lot of video resources?
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.

Thanks for the reply. My Machine is an Asus VivoBook 15 Oled Which I bought 25 months ago. The machine was running great when all of us sudden, the graphics started to malfunction at DaVinci Resolve Software and in Youtube playing 1440p content (Even Watching short form content and moving the timeline forward and back sometimes creates a glitch and causes the application to shut down or restart with a lower quality. Other than that, even playing true 4K movies downloaded Locally in my system (A movie about 10Gb) plays great and there is no lag whatsoever. I will attach the necessary details below
There were two drivers which I switched back and forth, resetted the driver and even uninstalled and reinstalled it, did the Cntl+Win+Shift+B command too. I have recently switched the video files of Davinci into 4k AVC format and transferred into a portable NVMe External SSD which is giving a write speed of 300Mbps on average. It was working fine when i did the transfer, but started glitching afterwards. Also, I attach an Intel Stats page down as a screenshot.

Please proceed with the following steps below:
1) Contact your system manufacturer support team to get assistance with updating your BIOS to the latest version 305.
2) Make sure that there are no pending Windows Updates.
3) Download the latest OEM driver, version V32.0.101.5768 then proceed with clean installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
