My computer doesn't show me my NVIDIA graphics card. What should I do?
Should I ask help from Microsoft?
I can see my Intel(R) Arc(TM) B580 Graphics but it doesn't show me NVIDIA graphics card.

You should be consulting with nvidia.

However, update your bios and check the bios video settings.
