Graphics card issues (NUC8I7HVK) (RADEON M GH)

This problem occurs in the game Red Dead Redemption 2.

This problem was solved with AMD's latest graphics driver. At Intel, the latest driver is January 2019.

I have installed in my NUC8i7HVK the AMD adapter version 12.12.1 https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-19-12-1. It is working good. Tried also the latest version 12.2.2 (this is major update) https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-rx-vega-series/radeon-rx-vega-series/radeon-rx-vega-64, however, I've downgraded to 12.12.1, because I couldn't record desktop video. There is already version 12.12.3 (optional), I'll will check it when becomes "Recommended".
