However, you must ensure that the device in which the UHD770 is installed runs an operating system with the appropriate programs that are also HDCP compliant and output to an HDCP compliant display device.

I am looking at a HP Pro Mini 400 G9 desktop, that I will connect via a HDMI 2.1 port, to a 4K HDCP compliant TV.
Here are the desktop’s main specs:
Intel Core i7 14700T
16 GB Ram
512 GB SSD
Intel UHD Graphics 770
Windows 11 Pro
Would I be correct in my understanding, that the HP Pro Mini, will be able to play 4K content on the 4K TV?
