When I start my Ultrabook on battery mode then the graphics turns into lowest bit mode for few seconds and then again to normal. This problem started when I recently updated the Intel Graphics 4000 driver to latest version (9.18.10.3165).
I have also attached the screenshot along with it.

Is this a bug in the driver or there is any problem in my graphics setting?
Below is the specification of my ultrabook:
Dell Inspiron 14z 5423
Windows 7
3rd gen. i5
Intel Graphics 4000

Hello Tushar,
We have not received reports of this issue before meaning that it is not a recurrent issue.
Intel provides the hardware to the computer system manufacturers and they will design their own software for their units.
I recommend you uninstalling the driver and downloading the driver again at the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22842&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22842&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers
In the case that the driver is not working properly, I recommend you updating the bios in your computer and installing the latest drivers from the computer system manufacturer.
