Graphis 520 Driver and visual studio

I have the intel (r) Graphics 520 driver. Whenever I try to start the Microsoft Visual studio community application (2017) the screen just shows as white, but I can still click on buttons without seeing the buttons. When I disable the driver, I can see all of the display as I should be able to. This also happened with Visual Studio 2015. Help!!!!!

How does VsGa.exe look like? It's in the same folder as devenv.exe

In devenv.exe.config is a line related to graphics, try to set it to false
