HD 4000 - Can it handle 1440p/2160p & 1080p60fps Youtube content???

As title, can Intel HD 4000 handle youtube videos at 1440p / 2160p and the more commonly default 720p60 and 1080p60, be it in default box view and full screen?

This is paired with a 2.6GHz i7 Quad Core Mac Mini, with 16Gb & SSD.
