HP Elitebook 840 G1
i5-4300U (Intel HD Graphics 4400)
Windows 8.1 Pro x64 tested with 3 independent drivers (Current Windows Update, current Intel website and current HP website).
System crashes (hangs with random lines on display and system reboot after a few seconds), if it has 2 specific 4GB sticks of RAM installed at the same time.
If only one of the 2 sticks is installed, issue does not appear.
If another set of sticks of a diferent brand is used, issue does not appear.
All the sticks have the same specification (4GB 1600MHz).
All the sticks were tested with memtest over several hours and appear clear of defects.
Is there anything I can do further to provide insight to the cause of the crash?
