HD Graphics 4600 windows 10 Bug

Hi 

this is my computer 

but sometimes my pc display will freeze when I run d3d9.

I also installing HD Graphics driver (15.40.7.64.4279 (Latest)) but it was stopped on "display audio" waiting for 1 hour or more.
