Hi folks, I'm running a Toshiba satellite s50 W8.1 with i7 and HD5500 graphics video card.
Just reserved my W10 upgrade and compatibility checker is telling me W10 will have problems w the video card.
Can someone tell me if this is a driver issue, or a hardware issue.
Seems strange that a new laptop wouldn't be made ready for W10?
Thanks
SJMor

In this case, the problem might be the Inbox graphics driver provided on the windows 10 installation package. I would recommend waiting for official Intel graphics drivers for your Intel® HD Graphics 5500 controller at: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx Intel® Download Center

Thanks Allan,
I'll do that once W10 is imminent.
