Hallo zusammen,
ich besitze einen PC mit welchem man mittels Power DVD ultra UHD Filme am PC ansehen kann. Leider ist es mir noch nicht gelungen diesen auch mit eingeschaltetem HDR zu zu schauen. Er wechselt sofort auf SDR sobald der Film gestartet wird. Der Monitor ist ein Samsung M 70 C mit HDR 10 Unterstützung. Alle Verbindungen unterstützen HDCP 2.2. Die interne Grafikkarte ist ein Intel HD 630, welche auch HDR 10 unterstützen sollte. Vielleicht hat irgend jemand eine Antwort auf meine Frage, warum dies nicht möglich ist.

Yes, that should work. Since you'll need two HDMI cables then, use at least the same quality as the first one. Ideally, the same product.
When transmitting audio via HDMI, the audio is embedded in the video signal. It is transmitted in the so-called horizontal blanking interval of the video signal. If dropouts still occur, there is no problem with the transmission, as the video signal would otherwise also experience dropouts.
FeinTech is a German company. If the VAX00102 is no longer available, you can also use the AX210. FeinTech offers excellent support in German, even before you buy.

However, HDMI only outputs what the display device has previously reported as being able to process. We should briefly check the audio formats.
