Based on the report that you sent, we noticed that your graphic drivers are indeed up to date, so before taking a deeper path, let's go ahead and try installing previous versions so we can discard the latest one as the root of the issue:

After install of the latest driver, the OS is not more accesible in any way I have to reinstall it
