Hello,

Could you please provide additional information on the system you have and what you are using for the installation?

What is the model of the computer you have? What is the operating system being used? What is the version of the driver that you are trying to install and where did you get it from?

Also, could you please tell us what troubleshooting have you done at this point, while trying to resolve this?
