Hello, We bought a bunch of HP ProBook 430 G3 laptops from Dustin where i work, but it seems to have a buggy graphic audio driver that kills off the other audio driver so it only works half of the times in Windows 10, do you have any tips on how we can fix this is there any updated drivers for this model of Laptop PC?

Hello bittin:
According to the specifications of the laptop, it uses either Intel® HD Graphics 510 or Intel® HD Graphics 520, you can confirm that information on the following link:
http://www8.hp.com/nz/en/products/laptops/product-detail.html?oid=7834547# !tab=specs http://www8.hp.com/nz/en/products/laptops/product-detail.html?oid=7834547# !tab=specs
On the following link you will be able to find the latest driver version: 4474 for both Intel® HD Graphics 510/520:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26099/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26099/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-
Please, un-install the current graphics driver that you have in it, and then try to install the graphics driver 4474 manually:
Instructions to install the driver manually:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html
Also, on the following link you will find the driver directly from HP, there is one graphics driver that you can try:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=7834508&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4192 http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=7834508&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4192
And, as an option, when you install Windows® there are drivers that are called Inbox drivers, those are the ones that get installed when you install Windows®, you can also try those drivers, or you can use the Windows® update feature to get the latest ones available from Microsoft.
Additionally, you can also get in contact directly with HP for further assistance, they might have a driver or a solution for this problem:
HP's phone number; 1 800-474-6836
HP's support site: http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Any questions, please let me know.
