This problem has been happening for a few months, my computer has windows 10, I have reviewed videos, updated drivers, updated the Windows System itself without finding solutions.
In short the problem is that, after pressing the shutdown button to put the system in sleep mode while I go to do something, when I come back it should be enough to press any key to turn the screen back on, but it does not.
If anyone has this problem or was able to solve it, I really appreciate your help.
