Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with my laptop’s NVIDIA RTX 2070 graphics card. Windows Device Manager shows Error Code 43, and the GPU is disabled.
I have already completely uninstalled and reinstalled all NVIDIA drivers using DDU in Safe Mode, but the error persists.
My laptop model is LAPQC71B. I’m wondering if updating the BIOS or firmware could help fix this issue. If so, could someone please advise me on which BIOS version I should install and where to find it?
Thank you very much for your help!

I haven't been able to solve it, not even using the driver packages suggested in that thread.
I'm still looking for a solution.
