The option Display Power Saving in Intel Graphics Command Center is missing after I reinstalled Windows 11 on my Laptop. Can anyone help? Thank you.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

ItzKhoaVN, Thank you very much for confirming that information.

Based on the information shown in the SSU document, we can confirm that your computer is working with a dual graphics configuration Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics / 31.0.101.4575 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 / 31.0.15.4592.

It is important to mention that we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.

Please try a clean installation of graphics driver version 31.0.101.4146, provided by Gigabyte, following the instructions in the links below, Intel® GCC and then check if the option for Display Power Saving shows up again:

https://www.gigabyte.com/Laptop/G5--2023/support#support-dl-driver-vga

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html

If the issue remains after that, then try a clean installation this time of Intel® graphics driver version 31.0.101.4900, install Intel® GCC and test again:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html?wapkw=12500h

If the problem persists, for testing purposes, please uninstall Intel® Graphics Command Center and reinstall it:

-Uninstall the application via Windows* Settings and re-install the application from the Microsoft* Store.

-Open Settings > Apps > Apps and features.

-Locate the Intel® Graphics Command Center application and select Uninstall.

-Install the Intel Graphics Command Center

Once you get the chance, please let us know the results.
