Hi I have 8 out of date drivers im unable to find the downloads currently

 I tried to auto update with intel but it didnt show theses and my Norton driver updater says I have theses updates which I am unable to find any theses updates like the latest Realtek audio update i found was  6.0.9706 but in the norton window below it shows I need to update to  6.0.9724.1 also the others i need links for if could help me thanks

Norton is not a very nice tool, is it? 

Go to your system/motherboard manufacturer site and get the drivers from there for your motherboard.

Also, have you run the chipset device software for your board (also available from the manufacturer site).

And, stop using Norton.

ok yeah it had a free 60day norton driver updater i thought windows update did it all but guess not the norton driver updater didnt do anything so i guess you are right

In this case better check for upgrades in DELL site.  I suggest that you should use the automatic tool in Dell site as a first option.

can i ask u something else when i boot the system i get this 

i only use the top one on volume 3 because the bottom one doesnt work idk i think it happened when I tried resetting once and my monitor kept not turning on so i had to restart the pc mutiple times and some how i got it going on different volume but one didnt finish setting up correctly so i did i tried reset it again and somehow i got windows installed but the other windows is still there that was not able to complete setup

but can i delete that in the system configuration? or will that mess stuff up 

not the one highlighted  but the one on the bottom called windows 11 if i remove that will it also remove it up in the other window when i login so it just goes straight to 1 boot?

Before removing the redundant Windows partition, I suggest  that you should have full backup of your drive. Than follow the instruction in the video clip.

Sorry for the delay in jumping in. I checked the thread and the error message you are getting while attempting to perform an update. The recommendations you've received from our enthusiast super users are helpful and direct to the point.

I just wanted to clarify and gather more information to better assist you with your concern. Based on the error message you posted; may I know if this came from the Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) or the Norton updater? I just want to make sure.

Could you also let me know which particular driver you are trying to update and why? Are you experiencing any specific issues with your system?

I reviewed the SSU report that you posted—thanks to our contributor who suggested it—and it appears you are using an OEM system, specifically a Dell unit Alienware Aurora R13. Please note that there is a difference between Intel® Software and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)-supplied software. Your computer manufacturer might have customized drivers and software to enable or alter features or provide improved operation on your computer. Contact the manufacturer for the latest updates and technical support information. If you can no longer get driver support from your computer manufacturer, you can download generic Intel drivers.
