Download the driver and SAVE it.
Disconnect from the net.
In the device manager, uninstall the current graphics driver (ticking the delete driver software box).
Repeat until you are down to the microsoft basic display adapter.
Install the driver you downloaded.
Reconnect to the net.
Now., remember, if you device manufacturer has customized the intel driver you had for their hardware, you will loose those customizations.
