Check if OpenGL is properly installed using one of the following tools:

http://www.ozone3d.net/redirect.php?id=401 GPU Caps Viewer 1.34.0 Released (Updated: 1.34.4.0) – Geeks3D

http://realtech-vr.com/admin/glview OpenGL Extensions Viewer | realtech VR

https://www.saschawillems.de/?page_id=771 OpenGL hardware capability viewer

Each of these tools can create a OpenGL report you can send to Adobe if they ask for that.

EDIT:

after taking a second look i found the https://docs.google.com/a/videocopilot.net/document/d/1kqQP_Okzn_PEJsn0_CstMJUKyXw3VUJPz9-zX85dDag/pub SUPPORTED GPU LIST where it reads:

***Note: Intel Graphics cards are not supported with Element 3D***
