How can I get Graphics Properties to Open?

I'm using a Toshiba Satellite A665-S6050 with Windows 7 (64 bit.)

I cannot open Graphics Properties because something called GfxUI stops working. I tried to update my driver, but there isn't a more current driver from Toshiba's website and all the generic ones don't install.

Are there any other options?

Hello KattheKonqueror, this issue could be caused by a problem on the system registry.

In order to resolve it would be necessary to check if you can restore your computer to the last working state by choosing "System Restore" once you're in Windows.

Then, uninstall the graphic drivers and install them again

I appreciate your help, but my computer says it could not complete the system restore. Also I can't uninstall and reinstall the graphics drivers because I can't find any that are compatible with my computer.
