Instructions for graphic command center say to adjust power efficiency, but I don’t see that option in the command center.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to assist you better, could you please provide the following information?
1- Where are you seeing the instructions for Intel® Graphics Command Center that is recommending to adjust power efficiency?
2- Why do you need to adjust this setting? Is this required for a specific configuration or are you experiencing any issues? Please provide more details.
3- Intel® Graphics Command Center version (you can find it under "Support >> System Diagnostic").
4- DxDiag* report following these steps:
- In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
- In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
- Click on Save All Information.
- Open the report.
- Use the option "save all information" to save the .TXT file.
- Attach the report .TXT file to this thread.
To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.
