How do I enable OpenGL on windows 8 with a Intel Mobile Series 4 chipset

I have a Toshiba Satellite L305 with Windows 8 64-bit with an intel mobile series 4 chipset. Since Intel won't provide a intel settings panel for the Intel mobile series 4 chipset on windows 8, how else can I enable OpenGL? Thanks

Hello,

Intel has no plans to release Windows 8 graphics drivers for the Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family. However, updates for these graphics controllers may be available through Microsoft Windows Update*.
