How do I run four monitors

Is there an intel control panel that supports four monitors for windows 10. The windows default sees all four, but the intel control panel only allows for three.

The Intel HD Graphics control panel is only going to display the monitors that are connected via Intel HD Graphics. At present, this is a maximum of three monitors. Monitors that are connected via other means (USB, for example) must be supported via other means.
