How do i get more Dedicated Memory Into A HP Windows 10??HELP

i have a HP notebook Windows 10 and with a Intel Graphics PENTIUM card, 4 GB of RAM and i know that is recommended to have in the Dedicated Memory 512 but i have 64, i cant run games with out lag(FPS games) how do i add more dedicated memory?its a Laptop and i don't have a program that a lot of pc's have that can chance it easy so how do i do it? SO PLS HELP ME GET MORE DEDICATED MEMORY, I have right now 64 but i want to make it 512, pls help

The minimum and maximum amount of shared memory for graphics is customized by the laptop manufacturers, in this case HP. The option to increase it normally is located in the BIOS or by accessing the Windows registry.
