How rotate YUV422 data 90 degrees, use ipp5.1 library

hello,

I have got the raw data from the camera, the format of the data is YUV422. now, I want to rotate the raw data 90 degrees, then send it to upper application. Which function of the ipp libary I can use? And how to use?
