Hi,

Is there anyway to upgrade the video memory with a Intel HD Graphics 5500? It says there's up to 3839 MB Dynamic Video Memory. Right now, I'm pretty sure its at 128 MB.

Thanks.

Hello Szech,

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

You should be able to increase the video memory in the BIOS; your computer manufacturer configures that option in the BIOS and is most likely enabled by default.

Have you contacted your system manufacturer to check in your BIOS this option?

Also here is a link that can help you with this issue:
