How to disable monitor autodetection, GMA x3100 and XPe

Hi, I have a simple question it is possible to disable monitor autodetection on operating system level via Intel drivers? May be it is present some regestry key for this option? Curently I am using GMA x3100 graphic with drivers: PV 14.37.1.5029 under XPe SP3, but it is simular to generic XP.
