I just got my XPS 15 9575 2 in 1 that uses Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics. I tried playing Apex Legends and noticed it wasn't performing well. I looked in task manager and noticed it wasn't using any of the Radeon graphics and was throttling the intel graphics. I checked some other threads for troubleshooting but couldn't get the game to use the Radeon graphics.

Would not that be a good question for Dell?

Well it's an intel CPU, AMD GPU in one package. I just saw a bunch of threads on the intel forums with the same problem. I couldn't get any of their solutions to work and I saw someone else in the same boat as me who was told to make a new thread, so I did the same.

Ok, but Dell is solely responsible for support of your device.
And, it is likely a bios setting which, again, is Dell's bios.
So, contact dell for support.
