How to find graphics driver for Windows Server 2016?

Hi all:

Now I have run Windows Server 2016 on my laptop (Thinkpad T450p).CPU is i7-4710MQ.I want to update graphics driver of the CPU,

but I can not find the appropriate driver which can run on Windows Server 2016.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?Thank you!

I have been trying to find the right Intel® HD Graphics driver for your graphics controller and Windows Server 2016, but unfortunately there are no drives for this operating system from our end. In our https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software you will be able to find drivers for these operating systems;
