Intel does not support any of the older chipset-based graphics solutions on Windows 10. There is no driver from Intel to support these solutions. Microsoft provides a compatibility driver that provides a level of support these older graphics solutions - but, the level of support is fairly low; poor performing and poor support for OpenGL and other standards. Microsoft has stated that they have no plans to improve this support - and, as we have seen lately, Windows 11 will not support these solutions at all.
Sorry, but this is reality. Time for a hardware upgrade,
