How to flip horizontal (vertical) monitor ?

Hi,

I have a computer with two monitors (using Intel Graphics Card). The primary computer displays normal desktop. I want to flip the second monitor's image (not rotation) like images below. I only can implement rotating by setting display and programming, I couldn't implement flipping it.

How can i flip the monitor image? By coding (C# ,c++) or hardware config?

Perhaps another user can provide a different way to do this but just to make it clear: Intel® HD Graphics only provides the option to rotate the screen. The only supported options are included in the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel interface.
