How to open "OpenGL Settings" window or how to play KoTOR on IntelR HD Graphics 3000?

Hi!

I have IntelR HD Graphics 3000, Win7. When I open my "Graphics Preferences" and choose "3D" I can't see a way how to change my OpenGL settings. Any ideas?

Or you can suggest a solution to the problem like launching KoTOR
