How to turn of Vsync in Intel Graphics and Media control Panel

Hi,

I have a Dell laptop with Intel Core i5 processor, and integrated graphics card, OS - Windows 7. So the question is Why cant I turn of Vsync? It shows only 2 options - Applications settings or ON. I have checked that there is Intel Graphics and Media Accelerated Panel, is it possible to put that on? It has a lot more options. My Current Graphics Card Driver Installed - 8.15.0010.2104
