How to update this stupid driver Microsoft Basic Display Adapter

i have search over internet how to update graphic driver, the best choice is i should update my driver by online, I'm confusing how to update my driver offline, i work at village and i don't have access internet there.

My stupid Microsoft Basic Display Adapter doesn't support opengl.

below are my graphics detail driver:

Could you please specify what is the is the operating system that is being used?

You may also copy paste here the dxdiag report generated in your system. To do so, go to the Start menu, type dxdiag and then run. Then click on save all this information.

As mentioned there, the drivers for the video controller you are using, are provided by the operating system itself. In such case, any updates would be available the Windows* updates. Furthermore, you should check with Microsoft* to know what OpenGL version is supported by that generic driver that they provide

i think there is no offline update for my driver,

the best choice is i should update by connecting to internet :'(
