I am using i3 3210 processor,I need to upgrade my graphic card to gtx1050ti mini or 1050ti overclock??it is comfortable for this processor??

This RAM is not supported according to http://ark.intel.com/products/71053/Intel-Core-i3-3210-Processor-3M-Cache-3_20-GHz Intel® Core™ i3-3210 Processor (3M Cache, 3.20 GHz) Product Specifications

Regarding GPU:

your old mainboard might have trouble recognising contemporary GPUs with UEFI

Therefore check your mainboard manufacturer's support page for compatibility.

Also bear in mind that NVIDIA Pascal GPUs don't support legacy OS.
