I can't run Intel Computing Improvement program

To better assist you with this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Is this a new computer?

Was it working fine before the Intel® Computing Improvement Program?

When did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

I use notebook Acer Nitro5 intel i5 gen8 and Nvidia GTX1050 Ti.
Before I installed windows 10, I can open it just one time after that I never open it until now.
I never change hardware just install new windows 10

We will do further research on this matter, for us to be able to do that, please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
