I have a question that I would like to ask you.
When I am not using the computer, the fan of the CPU suddenly starts to rotate.
I started the task manager and checked it,
I found that the "igfxCUIService Module" was using about 30% of the CPU.
Point 1.
I see a process called "igfxCUIService Module" running, is this correct for the process used in the above display adapter?
We have confirmed that "intel(R)Iris(R)Xe Graphics" is installed in the display adapter in the device manager on the PC.
2nd point.
Also, I thought that "intel(R)HD Graphics Contorol Panel" would have been printed and installed if an Intel graphics board was built in, but it did not start even if I pressed Ctrl+Alt+F12 simultaneously on the keyboard.
Do I need to install it myself?
I don't remember installing it myself on my past computers, but I was able to start it by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F12, so I am asking this question.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

hattori1, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
We will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.
In reference to your first point about "igfxCUIService Module", yes, that is correct and it is an expected behavior. It is also important to mention that as well, that even if you are not using the computer or if it is in idle state, there are still Windows processes and updates running in the background, the computer is always working, so it is expected also for the fan to run even when you are not using it.
In regard to the Intel® control panel, please verify the details in the following link about this subject:

Any questions, please let me know.
