Based on the problem that you are getting either the Intel Graphics Control Panel or Intel Graphics Command Center application needs to be uninstalled and the latest version installed. Uninstall and install the application by following these steps:


  1. Click Start and open the Settings app.
  2. Go to Apps & Features and locate Intel Graphics Control Panel or the Intel Graphics Command Center.
  3. Click on it and click Uninstall.


The application can be downloaded and reinstalled from the following links:

I reinstalled Intel Graphics Command Center, but problem is still.

Don’t worry about the Intel graphics control panel, if you uninstalled the Intel graphics command center that is more than enough for now.


To better assist you can you please provide the following reports and information:


Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

 

Download link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

 

  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information
  • By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".  
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".  


DXDIAG 


  • Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R. 
  • On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK. 
  • On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information. 
  • Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.

Note: With the graphics report you don’t have to send reports from both tools just the one you are currently having the issue with.


  1. Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or graphics driver update?
  2. Were you able to have a normal/expected performance before?
  3. Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system before the issue started?
  4. When you say that you reinstalled the Intel Graphics Command Center you mean that you uninstall it first from apps and programs and then reinstalled it by redownloading it from the MS store correct?

Intel Graphics Command Center (Intel GCC) report


  1. From the Windows Start Menu, search for Intel Graphics Command Center. Double click the Intel® Graphics Command Center icon.
  2. Navigate to the Support tab
  3. Select System Diagnostic
  4. Click Generate Report
  5. Select Save and name the output file.

To continue with the support, please follow the steps below and let us know if the issue persists:


  1. Install the latest graphics driver. The Clean installation steps can be found here, first, you will try with the latest OEM driver ver:26.20.100.7926.
  2. Restart the system. When the Intel® Graphics Command Center gets updated, the application can get unsynchronized with the tray application. Restarting the system causes the tray application to restart and solves the issue.
  3. Repair or reset the app via Windows* Settings:
    1. Open Settings Apps Apps and features.
    2. Locate the Intel® Graphics Command Center application and select Advanced options.
    3. Under Resetclick Repair.
  4. Uninstall the application via Windows* Settings and re-install the application from the Microsoft* Store.
    1. Open Settings Apps Apps and features.
    2. Locate the Intel® Graphics Command Center application and select Uninstall.
    3. Install the Intel Graphics Command Center.
  5. If the issue persists, please repeat the steps using the latest generic driver version 27.20.100.9466


Note: Please remember to test the tool after each step.
