INTEL HD MODDED DRIVER?

I have HP G42 477TU with intel i5,4 gb ram,500 gb hard disk & intel hd graphics,64 bit win 7 ultimate installed. there is some lags while playing some games though the system requirements is compatiable with my system specs. the game just freezes for some time & after 5-6 secs its start running properly again,i.e. there is some fps problem.once, i have downloaded modded driver for intel hd which fixed the problem. but,now i can not find the link for modded driver anywhere. i updated the graphics driver to the latest,but its not solved. anyone knows any link to intel hd 64 bit modded driver?

i have already have that driver installed.....no use.....you have the modded one? or,do you know how to mod a driver?
