IS Intel Control Panel installed on tablets with the Intel Atom GPU?

Is impossible to scale full screen, only keep aspect/ratio on native resolution or center in lower ones so playing games in full screen is impossible.

Is some one else having the same problem or is only me?

Carlosd, I would recommend you to contact your tablet manufacture since the graphics drivers are customized by them. They should be able to provide this information to you.
