Identify harddisk containing media error blocks

Hello,

we run Intel RST 9.6.4.1002 on Windows 2008 R2 x64, based on a Supermicro X8DTN+ with onboard ICH10R controller. The five SATA disks (Baracuda ES.2 500GB) are bind in a RAID5 array.

Since a while, almost each array consistency check reports some errors (2 to 5). These were only logical, but now the found media errors increase (currently 10). Maybe its not critical at this point, but I would feel better if I could identify the corrupt disk(s) and exchange them if the media errors will rise constantly.

So, how do I identify the media with the potential media errors?
