Given that the Intel Arc A750 GPU is architecturally based on the Xe-HPG platform—identical to its workstation counterparts like the Arc Pro A60 and A40—it appears the hardware itself possesses many of the core computational and media capabilities required for professional-grade workloads.
Specifically, the Arc A750 supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, Vulkan, ray tracing, AV1 encoding/decoding, and Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX), which align closely with the feature set leveraged by professional rendering engines such as Autodesk Maya with Arnold, Chaos V-Ray, and other GPU-accelerated toolchains.
In light of this, could Intel clarify whether there are any plans to offer optional support for Arc A-series desktop GPUs via the Pro driver stack—either through certification, selective ISV partnerships, or broader driver unification—similar to NVIDIA’s Studio Driver model that allows prosumers to tap into workstation optimizations on consumer-grade RTX hardware?
Furthermore, are there any internal constraints, such as ECC memory or firmware-level segmentation, that categorically prevent the A750 from achieving ISV certification, or is it primarily a strategic segmentation decision?
Creative professionals and prosumers working in 3D modeling, rendering, and simulation workflows would benefit substantially from increased driver stability and ISV-verified support—especially given the rising affordability and capability of Arc A-series GPUs.

Hi @Mohannej_Alam,
Intel is continuously evaluating opportunities to enhance support for creative professionals using Arc A-series GPUs. While there are currently no announced plans for Pro driver support similar to others, we are aware of the potential benefits for 3D modeling and rendering workflows. We appreciate your feedback and will keep you updated on any developments in this area. To stay on top of Intel news, visit our Newsroom.
